Description:
|
This is one of the few rare Century Cape Cod houses dating back
to 1832 available as a vacation rental in West Dublin located on
the beautiful South Shore of Nova Scotia. It has wonderful views
of Dublin Bay or Currie Cove.
The house has been completely updated, but still features the
original hand hewn beams, wide plank floors and a new Rumsford
stone fireplace. The 3.5 acre property rises as it retreats from
the road, resulting in scenic views of the Dublin Bay and the
local fishing boats. There is a bathroom on the main floor with
walk in shower, open concept kitchen/dining and living area.
There is also a main floor den with a sofa bed with views of the
water. On the second floor is a master bedroom and second
bedroom both with a queen size bed. There is a full size washer
and dryer also located on the 2nd floor.
